Fumigation Implications...

Here a thought for the day...

When the concerns about health of our babies is at the top of everyone's agenda, making sure we have organic fabrics, and pesticide free food, and BPA free bottles - did anyone stop to think about the fumigation of Moses baskets???

The definition of fumigation :- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fumigation
Fumigation is a method of pest control that completely fills an area with gaseous pesticides—or fumigants—to suffocate or poison the pests within. It is utilized for control of pests in buildings (structural fumigation), soil, grain, and produce, and is also used during processing of goods to be imported or exported to prevent transfer of exotic organisms. This method also affects the structure itself, affecting pests that inhabit the physical structure, such as woodborers and drywood termites.[1]

So, the very first bed you put your baby into is NOT ORGANIC, it has been doused with pesticides to kill off nasy bugs such as PALM LICE and DUST MITES!

So, are you convinced that Shnuggle, the Hypoallergenic, Pesticide Free Moses basket is the best Moses basket for your baby? We are!
